Terms and Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions set out below before your hair or makeup service.

PAYMENT TERMS

W Salon Waterloo requires payment on completion of your appointment. We accept cash, direct debit, Visa or MasterCard and AMEX as well as our salon's Stored Value Card.  CARD SURCHARGE  Applies.

SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Your safety and well being are our priority. W Salon reserves its rights not to carry out certain services if you are pregnant or in situations where doing so may affect your health or pre-existing conditions. 

BOOKING POLICY

To secure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended that you make a booking at least one week in advance. Bookings can also be made online, or by calling us at (02) 8283 4473

CANCELLATION POLICY

Last minute cancellations or no show is not allowed. Cancellations made within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment would incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 15-minutes late, we may decline your appointment as it affects our subsequent bookings. A late fee amounting to 50% of the service cost will be imposed.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

You may request for your preferred hairstylist at no additional charge.

CHILDREN’S HAIRCUTS

Kids haircuts can be requested on Tuesday – Friday between 10am and 5pm. Please comb your child’s hair before the appointment. If we need to spend time combing an additional fee of $10 will apply.
